Naturecan warrants that it will not sell any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, ephedrine or any other substance banned by WADA, now or in the future.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the ordered goods are not available, you will be notified by email (or other means if no email address is provided) and you will have the option to wait for the item to be available in stock or to cancel your order.

10. Cancellation rights

If you have purchased goods or services as a consumer (ie for private use and not for business use), please note that you have the right to cancel any contract you have entered into with us within 14 days of the day you take physical possession of the product .

11. Price and payment

All prices shown include VAT (if applicable) and are correct at the time they are entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders with a delivery address outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once the delivery has reached the destination country. All such additional costs must be borne by you. Please note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please note that when delivering goods outside the UK, cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. For any goods sent to you to an address outside the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of those goods and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the goods are delivered.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or through a PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before your goods are shipped or service is provided to you. If payment is to be made by credit card, a pre-order value of £0.01 will be charged to the card until payment has been confirmed by the card issuer.

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect and we discover this before we accept your order in accordance with clause 9, we do not have to sell you the goods at the price shown. We always try to ensure that the prices of goods displayed on our website are correct, but factual errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel your order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

You can only use one discount code per order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders to which you add more than one discount code.

We permit you to use discount codes only subject to the terms and conditions under which they are issued, which may include, but are not limited to, terms relating to your eligibility for use and maximum order value.

You grant the client  naturecan.hr  and its sub-licensees the right to use the name you send in connection with such content, if they so desire.

You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to defamatory treatment of such content.

You agree to perform all further actions necessary to perfect any of the above-mentioned rights that you have assigned to   naturecan.hr  , including the execution of deeds and documents, at the request of  naturecan.hr.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content you post; and that on the day when the content or material was sent to  naturecan.hr .

20. Competitions

We reserve the right to change these terms without notice from time to time. These rules will be considered applicable to each competition, unless any special instructions in the competition stipulate otherwise.

By participating in the contest, participants will be deemed to have read and understood these conditions and are bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or accepted.

Any person who is an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Naturecan Ltd. or any other person directly connected with the organization of any competition, cannot participate.

All participants must be over 18 years of age, unless another age restriction is stated or implied. Participants should, if under the age of 18, obtain prior permission from a parent or guardian.

All applications must be received by the last date specified in the tender. Applications are entered after submission. No responsibility will be taken for any entries misdirected, lost due to technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition that we believe have used inappropriate technical means of entry and/or believe that the entry has been made for the purpose of making an illegal profit.

Participants are responsible for their own costs of accessing computer networks.

We will not be responsible for or accept any liability for: (i) any failure by a winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of application/registration; or (iii) any server, system or network errors, malfunction or unavailability thereof.

We will be the promoter of all competitions in accordance with these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

20.1 Awards

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Only one prize will be awarded per household.

No cash or other alternative will be offered in lieu of a prize won, and prizes are non-transferable.

20.2 Notice

The winner's name will be selected by random drawing, after the closing date, from all valid entries received.

The prize winner will be notified within 28 days of the winner being determined.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.

If a competition winner is unable to claim a prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts have been made, we may dispose of the prize as we see fit without any liability to the winner for doing so.

For each competition, only one prize is awarded per participant / e-mail address. Winners' names will be available upon request.

Winners' names may be published on our website and/or on our Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform.
